Miso Mashed Potato Soup

Mmmm... I recreated a fabulous soup at the new Japanese restaurant that opened. It's called Zing. They have a fantastic mashed potato soup. It was amazing, and I was craving it, so I decided to recreate my own version: Miso Mashed Potato Soup Ingredients: One medium carton of mashed potatoes (sans gravy). One carton of miso soup. Hot water Directions: Pour contents of miso soup mix into a large bowl. Boil one large mug of hot water. Pour water into miso soup mix. Pour mashed potatoes into soup. Make soup as lumpy or smooth as desired. Mmmm! The only ingredient that was missing was a small dollup of wasabi. Next time...
